La Manga - Borussia Dortmund defender Mats Hummels was widely rumored to be a target for Manchester United. But Hummels claimed to have been accustomed and these rumors do not affect it.
'Red Devils' have long been linked with Hummels since last summer. In the transfer market this January, rumors are still widely heard.
The rumor has been denied by Hummels father who also acts as his agent. He mentions that Hummels will not leave Borussia Dortmund in January of this.
Hummels itself is not too bothered about the rumors that Manchester United's interest.
German international defender has decided that he will not leave.
"It's always like that since my first year in Dortmund," said Hummels told Sky News quoted by ESPN FC.
"There is always a club that came to me, saying that they are interested in. But I've decided that I do not want to do it," he added.
Hummels has a contract with Dortmund until 2017. Although the contract was still two years away, Hummels reluctant to speculate about his future.
"I think I always make a good decision and I will continue like that. I never said I would be here until 2024 or even 2030 and apart from that I hd stay," said Hummels.
"I prefer t0 follow existing roads and do not promise anything but ultimately survive than to say I will survive and then go," he said.
