Dortmund - Borussia Dortmund will try as hard as possible to maintain Marco Reus. However, Dortmund could no longer impose its will if Reus did want to go.

Reus kept shrouded in rumors about his future there is a clause related to 25 million euros to be active this summer, despite remaining on his contract to 2017.

Inevitably this makes clubs enthusiasts Reus immediately take square off to get his signature. Dortmund also repeatedly denied rumors about Reus must already deal with this club, the club, and insists they will not sell it.

But in his latest statement Dortmund seemed to soften. Through the CEO, Hans-Joachim Watzke, the club will submit the final decision to Reus. If 25-year-old player wants to move, then Dortmun willingly let go.

"I still have hope that he will stay here any longer," Watzke said as quoted by Soccernet.

"But if the decision is different, yes it is how it is. One of the challenges in football is to benefit from a change in the squad or create new innovations," he continued.

Reus this season so do not look good because of the barrage of injuries that happened to him. He has appeared nine times in all competitions and make five goals.

"I can understand that the priority is to be able to play again. Then he will see the condition of the future and make a decision. It is natural and will occur in the near future. Whether it is four or in eight weeks again, luck we do not rely on it," said Watzke.
